Snapshot photograph album compiled by Lavinia Compton of Orange, Calif., documenting her activities as a Girl Scout and girls'
camp counselor in Southern California between 1925 and 1932. Photographs document Lavinia's circle of fellow scouts and campers,
camp activities, grounds and surrounding landscapes of various camp locations. Identified camps include Del Mar, Camp Suitsus,
Camp Osceola, Camp Torqua, and Camp Rokili. Among miscellaneous items found laid into album and removed for separate shelving
(PIC folders 1-4) are a letter to Lavinia (addressed as "Ginger") from multiple scouts; contact information for various associates;
miscellaneous snapshots of camp activities; commercial postcards pertaining to Girl Scouts in California; and a typescript
list of scout camp equipment regulations.
